Diabetes Classes
Recognized by the American Diabetes Association, this educational program conducted by the CMC Diabetes Center includes meal planning, medication, blood sugar monitoring and exercise. Classes are conducted by a registered nurse, a clinical dietitian and a pharmacist. This group meets bimonthly, the second Wednesday of the month, and provides supportive environment for individuals diagnosed with fibromyalgia, a musculoskeletal pain and fatigue disorder for
