Alzheimer's Disease
This supportive setting provides caregivers of those with Alzheimer's disease an opportunity to share their feelings and concerns with others experiencing similar situations.

Second Tuesday of each month, 2 to 3 PM and 7 to 8 PM, Virtue Street Medical Pavilion, 801 Virtue St. Call 620-7463 for information.

American Heart Association CPR/BLS
Fee for class. Call 620-7243 for class schedule and location.

Stroke Survivors
This program provides hope, guidance, information and encouragement to stroke survivors and their families.

Fourth Wednesday of each month, 4 to 5 PM, Virtue Street Medical Pavilion Cafeteria. Call 620-7388 for information.

T.O.P.S.
Take Off Pounds Sensibly

Every Tuesday, 6:30 to 9 PM. Call 271-5287 for information and location.

Diabetes Classes
Recognized by the American Diabetes Association, this educational program conducted by the CMC Diabetes Center includes meal planning, medication, blood-sugar monitoring and exercise. Classes are conducted by a Certified Diabetes Educator. A physician's order is needed for registration.

Every Thursday, 5:30 to 7:30 PM, CMC Conference Room, 9001 Patricia St. Call 620-7414 for information.

Diabetes Support Group
No physician's order is needed for the Support Group. Call the Diabetes Center at 620-7414 for more information.

Fibromyalgia Support Group
This group meets bimonthly, the second Wednesday of the month, and provides a supportive environment for individuals diagnosed with fibromyalgia, a musculoskeletal pain and fatigue disorder, the cause of which is still unknown. Call 271-9577 for information and location.
