Diabetes Classes
Recognized by the American Diabetes
Association, this educational program,
conducted by the CMC Diabetes Center,
includes meal planning, medication,
blood-sugar monitoring and exercise.
Classes are conducted by a Certified
Diabetes Educator. A physician's order is
needed for registration.

Fibromyalgia Support Group
This group meets bimonthly, the second
Wednesday of the month, and provides a
supportive environment for individuals
diagnosed with fibromyalgia, a musculoskeletal
pain and fatigue disorder, the
cause of which is still unknown. Call
